54) DEVICE FOR MIXING THE GLASS MASS

The invention relates to the industry of building materials, in particular to equipment for the production of glass melt.
A device for stirring glass melt is known, which contains a feeder and stirrers and homogenizers installed therein. However, in a known technical solution, mixing is not efficient enough since there are still threadlike defects in the glass melt.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the device by eliminating thread-like defects.
The goal is achieved by the fact that the device for mixing the glass mass containing the feeder and the agitators and homogenizers installed in it, cHa6-2Q are located between the agitators and the homogenizers vertical plates parallel to the longitudinal sides of the feeder evenly across the width of the feeder, and the length of the plates is 1/51/3 the distance between the mixers and the homogenizers, and the height was equal to the depth of the feeder .30

The device contains a feeder 1, agitators 2 and 3, homogenizers 4,5,6 and 7, plunger 8, bushing 9, vertical plates 10,11 and 12, located on the supporting rod 13, passing through the entire width of the feeder. Under the plunger 8 made working point 14.
The mixers 2 and 3 are mounted rotatably towards each other, ensuring movement of the glass melt from the walls of the feeder to the center. Homogenizers are also installed with the possibility of rotation, and the direction of rotation is opposite for each pair.
The plates are located at an equal distance from the stirrers and homogenizers and are made rectangular in shape. Claims 1. A device for remixing a glass melt containing a feeder and agitators and homogenisers installed therein, is distinguished by the fact that, in order to increase the efficiency of the device by
